Best NPS survey tools

The short answer: SurveyMonkey suits teams who want benchmarks and a mature platform, with AI reading from Advantage up. Enform suits small teams who care most about the 'why' behind the score. SurveySparrow has the most sending options, but its NPS suite is Enterprise-only. Delighted, a common pick on older lists, is no longer available.

Any form tool can ask the 0 to 10 question. What matters is the follow-up: the written reason that turns a number into something you can fix, and whether anyone reads it.

How is the NPS score calculated?

Take the percentage of promoters (9-10) and subtract the percentage of detractors (0-6). Passives (7-8) count toward the total but not the score, so the result ranges from -100 to +100.
The number tells you whether loyalty is moving. The follow-up tells you what to do about it. If nobody reads the follow-ups, you watch the score drop without knowing which fix to ship.
No. Qualtrics, which owned Delighted, says it is no longer available.
